jill and ben were married at the lovely interlachen country club in edina. now if you look at the date and think back, you’ll remember something of note…. thats right! their wedding was RIGHT before the 2008 LPGA US Women’s which was played right there at interlachen! very cool stuff! needless to say there was a lot of hubbub going on everywhere and all of the bleacher stands were set up everywhere on the course too. though one of the advantages (from a photographers perspective that is) of having your wedding RIGHT BEFORE a major golf tournament is that on that saturday, there’s like absolutely nobody on the golf course!! sweet! what that basically allowed us to do was walk out on the course a bit (well, more in between the holes would be accurate). so from now on i think i’ll make sure most of my clients plan their weddings right before major golf tournaments.

kerry & matt had a beautiful little ceremony in the lyndal rock garden & peace garden. i’ve photographed several couples there and its always a very beautiful place to work in. and yet AGAIN we had absolutely amazingly beautiful weather too!! we’ve been so lucky this year! so after the lovely wedding on the grass we then road around town for a little while in a most stunning silver rolls royce. had some fun.
