it’s always fun to travel a little! for angella & matt’s wedding, i took my friend kris (that’s right, it was kristian & kris photographing this wedding!) down to a picturesque home outside of laneboro, minnesota. it was one of those perfect summer days when its warm, but not too hot and no humidity. that was especially lucky for us since we were outside pretty much the entire day. but OH the time we had!!
liz & steve live in new york currently but grew up in minnesota. so to contrast their bustling and busy lives in new york city, they had a lovely and intimate wedding on the shore of lake minnetonka. i felt like one of the family!
had a great time photographing alysia & nick’s wedding! they were so much fun for me, including the biggest wedding surprise i’d ever been privy to! they had their wedding reception at the lovely bearpath country club in eden prairie and unbeknownst to everyone including their parents, they decided to have dinner based on a theme! and the theme was a summer cookout!! that’s right! burgers, cole slaw, potato salad, chips, watermelon!! i love it! 
hello! back again! a few weeks ago i was at the conservatory at carlson center to photograph kara & nick’s lovely wedding. now this year we’ve been EXTREMELY lucky as far as nice weather is concerned, but today got slightly tricky, but in the end it worked out just great. when we started, it was very beautiful outside (actually the outside park behind the conservatory is just amazing), but before long we had a nice downpour going. well, lucky for us, it stopped just before the wedding was to start! plus now we had little puddles here and there which make great reflections on the ground.
but check out a few shots from kara & nick’s wedding. a year and a half ago i was fortunate enough to photograph kara’s sister kathleen when she married matt. it was great seeing them again too!
