september is always a popular time for weddings and engagement shoots, and this is for a very good reason! september in minnesota is truly wonderful! so recently i was able to photograph kathleen & randy’s engagement session downtown. they’re a very laid back couple so it was pretty easy. 
check out just a few of my faves…
just the day after traci & todd’s wedding in marshall, i was able to photograph an engagement session for laurie & jim. now laurie & jim really have a very sweet story. they were long long old flames that reunited many years later and found that they were meant for each other all along. i love it!! always better late than never.
for traci & todd’s wedding i was able to travel to the town of marshall, minnesota. i love traveling all over this beautiful state and i honestly don’t think i had been to marshall since high school! but traci & todd are loads of fun and their wedding was no different. the story of how the met at the “K-bar” in montana is an amazing tale in and of itself!
here are just a few of my faves!
it’s funny how you sometimes run into people that you had no idea went to the same college as you did. this was just the case with paige & jon. i had no idea until later on that paige and i had both attended the same college! of course, being a bit older, i had graduated by the time paige started attending anyway.
this wedding was especially emotional and bittersweet. jon’s mom had been in an accident only about a week before the wedding but there was no way she would have missed her son’s wedding, and she certainly didn’t. and she looked fantastic to boot!
